J.CO Donut & Coffee — Restaurant in George Town

Wanted to make bulk order and pick up directly when I arrive so googled their phone number and tryna called all the way from office until I reach their outlet. Total of 15calls for 20+minutes and nobody bother to pick up.

When I reached this outlet, all I can see is two staffs sitting behind the counter and playing their phones. Walked directly into the outlet, ordered and left. Hence this review. And no more orders for office in future, will never be my 1st choice anymore nor any recommendations to anyone.

i often come here for donuts. Compared to other brands available in Malaysia, this is more to my liking. the box package is best to treat my friends, family and colleagues.

this branch at the first avenue mall is good. The place is bright and clean. there are outdoor seats available too. the staff are friendly too. perfect to take a break after shopping.

Bad service,i go into the store,the thin woman at the barista like didnt see me.I always come to here but always see her face so bad,the staff name is Shaza.Bad services.Disappointed.First time i go into store no one ask me,i stand at the cashier take 5 minutes also like no one see me,then i go out and go in second time,and ask for yogurt,then the staff just talk to me.Need me to ask first?Please manager give advice to your staff,or your customer will run...
