One of the worst dining experiences ever period. I had never left before my food arrived, but Arang More, you managed to achieve this congrats. It physically hurts me to see this place have customers.

Ordered 2 mains and a starter at 1:30pm, had nothing come back until 2:30pm. The restaurant was not even packed, and I asked twice in between the hour long wait where my food was, and both times I was lied to that the food was cooking.

The icing on this joke of a cake is the ignorant manager had the gall to call me unreasonable and rude for not waiting longer because they had “alot of orders”. To say i was shocked was an understatement, rather than actually producing the food they want to blame the customers for asking where the food is. Came in around 1.45pm on a Sunday, cafe was only half full. Look at menu about 5 mins and was ready to order. Wanted salted egg chicken chop, no salted egg. Battered fish and chips, none. Went with Lemon twist fish & fries (set with tomato soup and iced Latte) and another Aglio Olio Seafood (set with mushroom soup and ice lemon tea). 5 mins later waiter came back and say no more squid ink pasta, agreed with normal pasta.

15 mins, Aglio olio pasta came out (surprsingly with squid ink pasta). Done with pasta, still no sign of soup or fish. Had to ask, but no update given.

Another 5 mins, both soups came out.

Only at 2.35pm, the fish finally appeared.

Food was so so, not worth the wait and the price.

Also, I thought Penang is super environmentally friendly, why do they use single use plastic to serve iced lemon tea (latter was served in a glass), did they run out of glasses when the place...

First of all, i was taken away by how spacious the place is. It is really huge compared to other Penang Cafes and i really like the atmosphere. Sitting was comfortable as well. The staffs are well trained, friendly and shows good attitude. The foos was delicious. The Seafood Aglio Olio was superb. Kinda think the portion is a tad small, but the taste is wonderful. The fish parmigiana taste like heaven. The fish is fresh and juicy. The tomato sauce on top is nice. The Hawaiian Chciken Croissant was also delicious. The croissant itself was nothing special, but the chicken blew me away. It is Juicy and flavorful. Probably it has been marinade beforehand. The drink, the one drink i recommend is getting their carbon coffee. It is their signature. It really yummy and it has sort of a pleasant and fragrance taste to it. Really nice.
