I ordered some drinks, a banana cake and a tomato soup.
The drinks took more than 30mins to arrive. I repeatedly went to check in on the staff and he just kept replying “coming, coming”. I’d appreciate it if he at least told me if there was a situation eg kitchen malfunction, new chef at work, etc but he didn’t communicate anything.
When the drinks finally arrived, the presentation was decent but the taste was unbearable. The iced coffee (no sugar) tasted sweet and lacked even an average coffee aroma. The oreo milkshake tasted like water and milk, with oreo bits on the surface. The ice ginger lemon tea tasted like plain water with a lemon wedge and definitely forgot to add the ginger. Having experienced this, I ran to the kitchen to cancel my order but the staff said it’s already done and will be served shortly. I felt bad and returned to my seat.
The banana cake came as banana milkshake (because he probably misheard me but in the order chit it was also banana cake so how do you not check?). He didn’t apologise or try to do any service recovery. Tomato soup finally came after 45mins. It tasted bland, like water with herbs. The bread that came along with it was crispy and fluffy but did not save the dish.
We left the restaurant after wasting an hour in this terrible predicament. We did not take more than one sip of the drink and food. That should be a testament and feedback in itself. I was rudely shocked when the staff did not immediately try to refund me when the food sucked so badly and took more than 45min to serve, without any valid...

tomato soup RM13 Tomatoes, herbs de Provence, Butter served with Homemade Bread. It was doing from the scratch. Can feel the freshness of the tomatoes. And their homemade bread was toasted perfectly. Mix very well with the soup. Enjoy it very much.🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰🥰🥰🥰
Butter Chicken with steamed rice RM15 Fried Chicken fillets/BM with butter sauce served with steamed rice. Simple yet comfort. The chicken was soft and the sauce not over powered. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰🥰🥰🥰
Beef Rendang with steamed rice RM23 Infused with rich spices and slow cooked to perfection. Served alongside fragrant rice, this tender beef dish boosts a symphony of flavours , from the warmth lemongrass , galangal and ginger to depth the coconut milk and aromatic spices. The food need sometimes to prepare/cook So be patient . Believe me. It worth to wait. 🤭🤭🤭🤭 One downside: not easy to find a car park. But you can always park at New World Park or Giant Supermarket there and walk...

The ox tail soup is amazing! Onion rings are too hard, but fries and banana fritters are on point. Coffee is subpar, cappuccino is more like a latte. Burrito was a little overcooked and dry.
Service is slow considering we were the only table there and it took almost half an hour. The staff were a little too keen to clear our table and give the feeling they're not quite trained in the F&B industry.
Amusingly there is a webcam aimed at the kitchen to show the progress of your food. They have a solid wood and greenery motif going on in the shop, so I guess they have the Gram part down pat.
You could smell and hear the backpackers smoking outside the cafe, which is always a delight. Parking is a little tricky but for RM5 you can have an uncle scream at you instructions on how to park the right way.
All in all...
