4Fingers Crispy Chicken @ NU Sentral — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Worst male kitchen staffs and malay female manager the one who wear black tshirt . Only said that our order was out of stock when asked . When we wanna cancel our order keep on forcing us to change our order with other menu eventho we already said we want to cancel our orders . With unreasonable excuse saying it will takes 2 weeks to get the refund , so what we already said we dont mind waiting for the refunds . The manager still insist us to not cancelled our orders , my friends want to order burger set but because of the manager claim it was out of stock she suggest us to change it into chicken set . Regular Chicken set supposedly got 3 wings and drummets , and 3 boneless chicken . She also change it into 1 drumsticks. So can u imagine if the set is not completely available why she bother to ask my frens to change it into that ? The manager supposedly be honest and just tell the truth not lying around towards customers. Shout out to the chinese female staff for keep on doing great job . The kitchen boys also keep on eyeing us at the table when all we wanna do enjoying our foods , it makes us uncomfortable , at the end we just ask for box and bring it home . I have visited 4Fingers Crispy Chicken at NU Sentral multiple times, and I always enjoy their crispy, flavorful chicken. Their signature soy garlic and hot sauce-glazed chicken is delicious, and the crunchiness makes it stand out from regular fried chicken. I usually go for their combo meals, which come with fries and a drink, making it a satisfying meal.

What I Liked:

What Could Be Improved:

Hot atmosphere. There are clearly vents but it doesn't seem to work at all. They seem to rely mostly from cold air drafts from the mall.

I got the drumsticks rice box set, it was ok. You get 2 chicken drumsticks, rice with teriyaki sauce and seaweed strands, and some kimchi. The chicken was pretty bland after you ate the crunchy and sauced bits. It's fresh at least, so that's good. Tbh I don't recommend getting the drumsticks, the flavoured chicken to rice ratio kinda meh, I'd recommend the wings or boneless more. Also the sauce they brush on the chicken isn't a lot, barely enjoyable. It taste more like regular fried chicken than sauced ones.

Also, note that there's no free refill, you need to buy another separate drinks if you want to quench your thirst. There's no table service either, pay attention to your numbers on the receipt and they will blast it on for you.

Overall, food is ok, service is ok, atmosphere is pretty bad, this is place for quick eats and go, not to enjoy time with friends (makes sense a bit because it's close to train stations but at least...
