We saw mango kakigori on most tables therefore decided to try it and it did not freaking disappoint: fairly natural mango flavour & aroma + generous portion + mango chunks that are fresh and sweet but not overripe. The slightly sweetened fresh whipped cream topped with coconut flakes is very much like the cherry on the cake. To sum it up, the bowl is SUPERB and totally worth the price!!!

It was absolutely crowded on a Saturday night and kind of difficult to get a table, especially if you come in a big group of 4-5. Service is excellent, tables are cleaned almost immediately after the previous diners left, we even witnessed the boss's son (around 6-7yo) assists in cleaning the tables.

They offer free wifi here, hence there were a few groups of adolescents hogging big table and busy on their laptops. This could be a main contributing factor to the queue at the entrance and the long table...

We were actually planning to go to some other place to try a dessert, but when we saw Oolong tea shaved ice picture, we almost immediately changed our plans.

They added the toppings with different textures on the shaved ice. Mouth sized chewy mochi, smooth and small herbal jelly cubes, firm salted cream, and of course cloud-fluffy shaved ice. I really loved their whipped cream on top. It was so unique and must-try item once at least. The oolong tea flavor was gentle and very refreshing to cool down eating at the outside table. The portion was a perfect size for a couple to share, so unless you are a party of 3 or more (large), ordering one (regular) shaved ice should be enough, I think.

By the way, there are a lot of interesting restaurants on the same alley, probably this place is a perfect dessert candidate after challenging...

First and foremost, I would like to thank your staff member named Divya. Trust me, she did her job horrendously well. Her explanation about the product was too good, and she was too friendly. Your brand needs more staff like her to deliver a wonderful service. Her explanation made me and my friend very clear and saved our time as well. Speaking about the items, we ordered chocolate kakigori, which tasted delicious, 1 gold oolong milk tea, and another the same but with a peach flavour, which tasted super good as well.
