Had order multiple times from other outlets,this is the worst experience from Domino.Order from Grab,place order 6.39pm.Delivery stated sending 6.09pm.And we waited over 30 minutes.Make a call to confirm if the order is proceeding.Felt worried at the first time to order a Domino,went Google and discovered this branch have many 1star and bad reviews in recent 6months +.Make a call to the branch,no answered.Then contact Domino HQ,First Call answered,and stated it’s on delivery.Suddenly order on Grab click delivered before actual arrival which is against the 30 minute delivery guarantee. After 1hour waiting,finally receive the pizza.Asking on the pizza voucher,and they said THE VOUCHER is NO AVAILABLE in brickfield branch because there is too many orders. Kudos to delivery driver actually arrived in the time he mentioned. I understand peak hour could be having stress on making orders,shortage of driver,poor handling on incoming calls and etc.However would like to suggest brickfield branch to turn of incoming orders from Grab or other platform to manage your customer’s delivery order better.Or consider take off delivery services if there’s shortage of staff in the shop therefore to focus on service quality on dine in customers.Tons of low rates review will affected your potential customers not to choose your branch when there’s other...
Read moreThe lady boy staff (wearing glasses) here with very terrible altitude here, this is a dine in order which waiting for more than 30 minutes and when I checked with them whether the pizza has ready and they said it's ready and they did call my name to inform, but actually they didn't, there was only myself as as customer in this shop sit in front of the counter and the lady boy told me her colleague did call my name when the pizza was ready but when I ask whether herself heard her colleague called my name and she said she didn't hear also , after I took my pizza some more this lady boy staff ask what's my problem . She is like doesn't care if she has been complaint and with worst altitude working at here . Last but not least, what's the point that Dominos requested to reach them via their website for them to improve this matter? I don't feel like Domino Malaysia is really concern about this and I am not working for you to help you to improve anyway; if Domino Malaysia is really care and concern these matters, try to check all these previous reviews by others, there are so many 1 star and negative reviews and now still continue receiving lowest star bad experiences review here, go look into this branch's staffs altitude especially those front counter and this glasses middle age lady boy staff, she is the worst...
Read moreOrdered a pizza take away at 8.40 pm. Was told must wait for 1 hour. Agreed n told to come back at 9.40 pm after making my payment. I return back at 9.40 pm to take the pizza. But was told it was still inside the oven, n the staff claim she dont know when it will be ready. When I asked for the time, the staff rudely told me to go n sit and wait for it to be ready cos it still inside the oven. She claim my order will be ready at 9.55 pm as written on the receipt. Despite asking me to come back at 9 40 pm, the staff who took my order wrote the time as 9.55 pm on the order list!!!. Not a word of sorry from the staff and just kept blaming me for not be patience, 😑. If the staff cant be honest when they do they work, just dont tell anything to the customer and tell them to go off.
Finally when I got my order at 9.55 pm, I was given my order without a plastic or paper bag. She claim it not available in the shop. But I noticed others got take away bag!!!. 😑. Is this how ur staff work? I suggest ur all to close ur bisness and go home. Dont waste customer's time and energy....
