Juice Works Mid Valley Megamall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Quite often will get from this store as I worked nearby but today’s experience is the worst with cashier attitude being like a brat and thinks that he’s being funny, will always order the same which is lychee paradise, and usually will request to add a touch more ice which all the time the team will assist as it’s just a couple more ice but this staff just rejected in a very rude way without proper explanation nor when I’ve requested for the reason as all the previous team assisted and was really friendly about it yet he acted rudely.

From reading the reviews, I found a couple that did mention about this particular staff which I have not ask him for his name but I’m not sure of his racial but this incident occurs on 30/09/25 around 6.00pm.

The establishment should actually really evaluate and take some action as it’s really unfair for the rest of the team that are trying their best to keep the standard and reputation of this store. Because of this staff, and the experience, I would definitely not be visiting...

Let me tell you a tale. I come to Juiceworks pumped and ready to do my 3 hours of yoga at Celebrity Fitness scheduled at 5pm. I arrive at 2pm to settle at Juice Works, setting up my laptop and chargers only to find out that my phone charger has been left at home. My phone left than half power left, sets me in to panic mode. I look around. There are customers but I don't want to bother them, I am afterall a stranger to them. Then I muster the strength to ask the Juice Works workers. Lo and behold, one of them not only has the same charger I need, but also decided to lend me his! Oh, may the Gods bless this fellow. As I type this review while his charger powers up my phone, I sincerely support Juice Works and hope it prospers!

Really bad service. The staff was rude, and there was no screen displaying the queue number. When I asked the staff, he simply said, ‘We will call,’ with a black face (unfriendly expression). The cashier was the same, when I asked a few more questions, they showed an impatient expression. To be honest, I took less than a minute to ask, so why treat customers like that?
