I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the seating arrangement during my recent visit to your restaurant. Despite the outlet being visibly spacious at the time, I was assigned a table that was far too small to dine comfortably. This not only made it difficult to enjoy my meal but also raised concerns about how additional dishes could have possibly fit on the table.

What made this experience even more upsetting was observing other customers with the same party size being given significantly more spacious seating arrangements. This inconsistency is frustrating and unacceptable, especially since this is not the first time I’ve encountered such treatment at your establishment. It gives the impression that customer comfort is not being prioritized fairly.

Dining is meant to be an enjoyable experience, and I expected better from your restaurant. I sincerely urge your team to address this issue promptly and ensure fair and thoughtful seating practices moving forward, especially when there is clearly enough space available in the outlet.

We visited Paradise Dynasty during their 1st week opening, not because of the RM10 xiao long bao promotion, but because we’ve enjoyed dining at their other branches in Singapore and Tokyo. Since we also visit this area every week, we thought we’d check out this new branch.

We arrived early and started queuing before the restaurant even opened. However, a group of elderly people showed up later and requested to be let in first. They had a private conversation with a staff member, likely the manager, and then proceeded to cut the queue, pretending nothing happened. A few people in line, including us, expressed our frustration, but the manager responded dismissively and coldly with, “chill… chill.” Easy for him to say—we had been queuing longer than he had probably been on the job that day!
