Saw a post on FB and decided to try the fish head noodles as recommended. Wasn't expecting much as I've been disappointed by a lot of these so-called delicious recommendations before. However I was happily surprised that this fish head meehoon was really tasty. Run by a foreigner couple (most likely Myanmar) the portion they gave was huge! A lot of noodles, generous amount of fish meat (not just bones) and coriander, and the soup was superb. Can taste that it was boiled with actual bones and not made with ladles of MSG. This is not the usual fish head meehoon where the fish is deep fried & cooked with evaporated milk. The broth is clear and the fish is fresh, juicy and tender. 10/10 would come back again! The only downside is very hard to find parking. After all, this is Pudu ...
