The first time I entered Sentral Spice, I walked in, Awe. This restaurant is Muslim owned and it's ideal for Muslims and all other races to come together and enjoy meals with each other. The beauty of the place, the decor, picture artwork, chandeliers, lightings it's breathtaking & classy. The warmth, comfort & happiness, the beautiful feeling of belonging that I came to the right place! Seatings are so comfortable. I tasted a lot of the food here, love the Biryani, all the delicious Mutton curries, being a big fan of mutton! Meat is so tender, juicy, full of spices & flavour! Food potions are big & satisfying. Tried Malai Kofta for the first time, love the creamy taste of cream, the dumpling was so good, firm on outside creamy with a little spice, covered with all the cream. Lunch I had it with rice, by dinner time I ate it on its own like a dessert, so so good! This is another of my favourite. Paneer Butter Marsala was creamy, buttery and tangy aromatic flavours, the paneer came perfect!. Had the sour soup, after taking one spoon to taste, I could not stop, too delicious! Tried the naan, butter kulcha, pulka. Chicken Shawarma was so good pack with chunks of tender juicy well seasoned flavours. Have you ever put bites or spoon full of food into your mouth and you just had to close your eyes savouring how delicious and delectable it taste. I do this all the time, always feeling happy with my orders! Too many superb dishes I can't put all here, or I might write a book đ There are so many dishes I have never heard of or tried before, and I love being surprised by each order I make, never disappointed! So happy, Sentral Spice has grab deliveries, conveniently brought straight to home! There are so many more delicious food I want to try, the menu has a wide range of choices dishes, vegetarian and none veg for meat lovers, they have snacks, ice cream, different desserts. Variety of coffees, teas, cool drinks to many to list out! I also like to end by saying it's not easy doing a restaurant, as people come in with different food palate, some like it more spicy, mild spicy non spicy. Some like it sweet, less sugar, no sugar, me I like it a little more salty! It's really not easy to please everyone!. Even when we cook at home, same thing can happen. Just try to be a little more understanding. The waiters and waitresses always try their best to give good service, met a few and they were really nice! Also can't forget the chefs who made our dishes special! My Compliments to the Chefs! Sentral Spice is one of my most Favourite restaurant, You got me hooked, line and sinker! The Vegetarian Briyani arrived fragrant and beautifully plated, with each grain of rice distinct and infused with a medley of spices. While it delivered in terms of aroma and flavour, a touch more depth in seasoning would have elevated it further.
The Naan was served fresh from the tandoor, boasting the right balance of chewiness and crisp edges. It paired exceptionally well with the Mushroom Masala, which was rich, creamy, and generously filled with tender mushrooms. The flavours were well-rounded, though a slight increase in spice would have added more dimension to the dish.
The Vegetable Koftas were perfectly cookedâcrispy on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth soft on the inside, bathed in a silky, spiced gravy that was both indulgent and comforting.
Service was efficient and friendly, with staff checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. The restaurant maintained a lively yet not overwhelming atmosphere, making it a pleasant...
