During my 5-day stay in Malaysia, I discovered Simply Indian, and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The food was so good that, to my surprise, I ended up serving myself not once, not twice, but three times in one visit—something I hadn’t done even once elsewhere during my trip!

This review is mainly to the shop owner to serve the customers better in future. I chose this shop based on the Google review. The experience turns to be bad when we had to face delay in food serving. This incident happened on Sunday, 4/5/2025. My family and myself arrived the shop thought that the foods ordered a day before the event will be served within 10 - 15 minutes. Least expected, it will be 30 - 45 minutes for food to be served. This is also for the drinks even took more than 20 - 30 minutes to be served. I understand from the shop owner, that there were unexpected crowd they experienced on that particular day before our event. However, I believe this should be notified to the customers before arriving to the shop, not to keep them waiting. At least they should have provided the customers some snacks before the main serving. Even my family members and I had to keep asking for the status of drinks being served. Overall, it was not a good experience. The staffs were polite and humble and the ambience were good. But again the food were served very late. Hope there is a room for improvement in future....

The food was packed with authentic flavors and aromatic spices, making every dish a true delight. The biryani, in particular, was a highlight with its perfectly cooked rice and rich blend of spices.

I opted for the SS1 set & quick thali set with seafood options, and I must say, the taste and generous quantity were truly impressive. The seafood options added a unique touch to the meal and were incredibly delicious.

Moreover, the staff at the restaurant was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was memorable and enjoyable.
