Upon reaching the restaurant, we noticed there were empty seats & table. We politely waited for the staff to take his sweet time to clear the table. The staff was working like a siput, knowing that there were already 2 customers in front of us waiting in the line. The queue was about 10mins! This is just the beginning. The menu had a lot of thing unavailable. The pad Thai we ordered was served before the drinks. The Thai chicken is over cooked and taste burned. After the disappointing lunch, I proceeded to the cashier for my check. But I was left there hanging in front of the cashier without any one attending me for about 2-5mins, while the other 2 staff were standing close by chatting and having their moment. Also, when the food arrived, there have no cutlery on my table, I ask to have cutlery for me to start my dinner. But , he don’t even bother me, the kitchen staff saw it and ask him to assist only he go and take for me. I appreciate it that he bring the cutlery for me, however, he put the cutlery on my table is like throwing those item to me, it is really rude! I would love to elaborate on how horrible my last experience is, I am not going to do that. Today when I walked in, while the restaurant is only filled to 50% capacity, their staffs just cant be bothered to take me to my seat. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went inside myself but the manager just stood there and ignored me. When I sat down myself, nobody came to give me the menu or order sheet for atleast 10mins until I asked for it, and when I asked the waiter to clarify some promotion mechanics (to his face), he just ignored us and walked away.
