Difficult to get a refund even when you pay twice!

I am very disappointed with what happened today at dip and dip Sunway. I purposely came here to eat at the shop because I like their desserts. They were offering cashbacks using favepay, so I decided to use favepay. However, the payment was slow, so I paid instead by card. After leaving the shop, I realized I had double paid so I asked the manager if I could be refunded. He checked and said there was no proof I paid on their phone app so he could not refund me. However, on my phone it showed both on favepay and boost that I had paid, since I use boost to pay on my favepay. Even with the reference id, he still refused until he could talk to the top manager and said they would contact me tonight. I finally said I would put it on Facebook and other social media and that's when he finally decided to give me a refund.

What surprised me most was that, despite the abundance of chocolate, the dessert had a well-balanced, not overly sweet taste. I had expected it to be much sweeter, but the overall flavor was just right.
