This tiny restaurant is just across the road from the Queen Victoria Pub in Valletta and is apparently very popular. We chose to go about 10 minutes after it had opened one evening and found the inside tables already taken, but there was a table available outside – we were lucky we got this as everyone who arrived after us could not be accommodated. I think they take reservations though. Really nice sounding menu, we chose a mixed cheese and meat board as our starter – this was huge and possibly one of the best that I have had, certainly since I was in Rome – three types of meat, three types of cheese, pate, olives and crackers. Gorgeous. Full of promise that delivered. Made a bit of a (good) mistake for my main – ordered the chicken ravioli and decided to have it served in a bowl made of pizza dough. Both the ravioli and the bowl were fantastic – really rich flavours. However, I overestimated my ability to eat meat and cheese, pasta and pizza and therefore could not finish. 😊 This is not a bad position to be in, but I think next time I’d have the pasta without the pizza dough bowl if I’m also having a starter. We live and learn. I would certainly go back to this place again if in Valletta in future. Oh and we had a lovely bottle of wine to accompany. The price, overall, was less than 100 Euro for two, which I thought was very reasonable. Well done. Two paws up.

Staff managed to accommodate us on an outside table despite it being a busy Sunday evening and us having no reservation. A word of warning on the reservations - call direct as when booking via Google it does not check live availability nor inform the restaurant. We saw a number of people arrive expecting to have a reservation and with the restaurant having no details of their booking. Amazing choice of pizzas. We both opted for vegetarian options one fungi and the other capricciosa. Food and drinks came quick n.b. these are thicker pizzas, not thin and crispy. Both tasted amazing and were very filling. Second drinks took longer to arrive and needed a prompt but considering how busy the place was, service was super friendly. Lots of choice on the menu - not just pizza, would definitely recommend and will return when next in Malta.

Was in the city with family on a Friday evening. While strolling the streets enjoying the vibrant nightlife in Valletta, I was attracted to the aromas of freshly baked pizzas. The place which is located at a corner, offers small inside dining and has tables outside too. Initially my family was sat on two separate tables, which is not the ideal set up for quality time with the family. But just two minutes before the food came, the manager approached our table and gladly offered us a larger table which became available. The pizzas followed soon afterwards. The taste was authentically Italian and an absolute exquisite. It has been literally years since I have had such delicious pizza from a pizzeria in Malta. I will definitely be returning to the place and be able to relive the same top notch pizza and customer experience.

Went in to order a takeaway around 9pm as it stated takeaway pizza on the outside. The server had a bit of an indifferent attitude and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.Since the place is tiny with cramped seating inside..I wasn't sure where to stand and offered to stand outside .Offered to pay upfront as well and again I was trying to help them so I wasnt in the way and wasn't treated in a friendly manner at all. It's not hard or expensive to smile or be welcoming to a paying customer. I ordered the Maltese pizza and cannot fault it ..it was delicious! I love pizza and this could have been my go to pace during my holidays for a pizza takeaway but sadly the unfriendly service let me down. If you want a good pizza and don't care about how you may be treated..this is the place ! ;)

Unfortunately kind of dissapointing despite the google reviews. Pizzas vary a lot in taste, for eg the Parma one was really tasty - mozarella, rucolla, parma ham, etc..but the maltese and the porcetta, both with saucisse and one also salami, were extremely salty and difficult to eat fully. Most dissapointing was the tiramisu, a tasteless mix (no mascarpone though the waiter claimed some cheese was in there), with a ball of icecream on top. The icecream was actually helping as the bottom tiramisu was really the worst I ever had (and would not recognize it if I didn’t know) The place is just next to a street, thus many smelly cars coming your way. Very small terrace. Kind service though.

Let’s start with the food. The pizza was excellent, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, the restaurant itself is quite small, so it’s advisable to book in advance. If possible, try to secure an outside table for a more comfortable dining experience. The service was a mixed bag. The female servers were very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the male server who attended to us lacked warmth and was not very welcoming. He didn’t smile or engage positively with us throughout our visit, which was quite off-putting. So, while the food was outstanding, the service left much to be desired. Because of this, I don’t plan to return.
