Terrace Coffee TC — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

UPDATE: While our original visit was around 10:30AM, we tried to go back the following 2 mornings for breakfast around 8AM, but even though their hours list an 8AM open there wasn't anyone there each time. On one day we went back again later (9:30-ish) and the coffee shop portion seemed open. They may just need to update their hours?

Terrace might just be our new go-to breakfast spot in Cabo San Lucas. Great coffee, and a menu that is full of variety but anchored in classic Mexican dishes. For coffee, we had both cafe de olla and a traditional latte, and both were delicious. Our breakfast choice was omelets that were packed with ingredients and full of flavor. Local owners, authentic food, beautiful terrace with plants and views of the surrounding mountain landscape. It's a couple blocks away from the dense bar/restaurant area which I appreciate.

Prices seem to be lower compared to the dense area. I ordered chilaquiles con huevos for $85 pesos, and would say it's amongst the best I've had. I tried their natural smoothie (fresh fruit blended with water) and it was exactly what I wanted. I also ordered their latte; they make excellent coffee too.

I plan to return one evening for sunset, and dessert, and apparently there's live music too...am glad I stopped in here and grateful for...

Sebastian’s place is awesome! Great food, drinks and treats at very reasonable prices. They have clearly made efforts to use fresh ingredients and to offer their customers quality for their money, including sourcing baked goods from locals. Food is excellent - if you’re feeling bummed about the food in Cabo San Lucas, this will lift your spirits ;).
