The employees on duty, showed VERY BAD customer service on Saturday evening August 15th.
Both employees denied accepting Mastercard for payment, saying they only accept Visa...which is wrong. I used my Mastercard many times over the last 5 months, patronizing this place daily, and I even showed both these girls the receipts on my phone of the records of my purchases at Cabo coffee, with my Mastercard proving I have used before
In the last month, customer service has declined...mainly one particular employee has been a VERY Bad (by not making drinks properly, not listening to orders, and to also having a VERY BAD ATTITUDE by not caring at all for the customer)
Both girls showed very BAD Attitudes, and DID NOT CARE that they were wrong, and that they do not care that they lost a loyal customer of Cabo coffee, and basically, just DID NOT CARE.
I have been working in Cabo for last 5 months in Hotel Resort Hospitality business, and I have been loyal customer of Cabo Coffee and spent money there everyday (even during the covid-19 lockdown) and enjoyed the employees who worked during that time.
I will now tell everyone I know, NEVER GO TO CABO COFFEE, and tell everyone this story of VERY HORRIBLE...
Read moreWas on lookout for vegan ice cream or at least frappe to finish our late lunch and found the only place in Cabo San Lucas with soy and almond milk options. First I made wrong decision with Mayan cacaođŹas it was extremely sweet and not spicy. Then I returned for some sugarless option as mentioned cacao was not my âcherry-on-topâ for a perfect lunch in las tres islas. So I took latte and it was also tasteless and wateryđ probably for European taste it is sođ€·đ»ââïž But! they have a lot of cow milk options, flavors, toppings if you wish. The baked non-vegan things looked also very attractive and homemade. So if you are vegetarian(not vegan), that could be a right place for you! Prices reasonable, no tips included, as it is self service. Service was fast and accurate. So 5 stars, as it is not said thatâs itâs vegan, and I couldnât judge any of their dairy...
Read moreCabo coffee is not far from the main drag in Cabo. Just up the street called "restaurant row" you'll find this great little place. American owned but not corporate the owners have organically grown this cafe with locals and tourists for over a decade. They are staffed with long-time employees who are always friendly and know how to quickly make a drink. Full cafe menu and other local baked goods plus ice cream is on the menu. You can get a locally baked muffin, scone or bagel but do not expect a "McSandwich". They also grow, import and roast their own beans so there is always a very very fresh supply. One thing I love so much about this coffee is the taste - just the right notes and never roasted too much. Cabo Coffee also has free WiFi for patrons and there are plenty of seats inside and outside. Ask around, Cabo Coffee is a...
