The Usual Suspects — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

My mom and I stopped here for a drink and to take a few pictures on the very cool swings they have out front. The server who helped us was so sweet and kind and we weren't even allowed to tip only him for his efforts which was so upsetting. 5 minutes after getting our drink and taking in the sights of the marina this angry, aggressive, and downright disrespectful fat man came out from behind the bar hollering at us about paying the bill. We were so taken aback and honestly terrified by his aggression that we did so and left. Absolutely the worst treatment by anyone in the service industry. We asked our server if we'd done anything wrong and he seemed almost scared to even tell us that this mam WAS THE OWNER and that he didn't think so and was so sorry. As we left we attempted to hand him a tip and he was forced to put it in the tip jar which is shared!! Needless to say we will never be returning and this is no way to treat your...

Perhaps the best bar in Cabo. No, it IS the best bar! Coldest beer and terrific sound system that you'll immediately want to dance eventhough it's not a disco...Tomás is very personable with his hi-def tvs, monster sounds, huge database of ALL the songs you can think of accompanied by a special atmosphere that makes it fun to sit and people watch. There is a couch on the terrace if you want to cuddle with your lover he'll loan it to you...but its not his couch either....but he stills allows you to "borrow" it. Salsa was tasteless tomatoes with onions and the guacamole looked not fresh at all. I ordered fish tacos and these were the most salty tacos I've ever had. I had no clue what kind of pink fish they used and the fish taco had no traditional sauce it only had some cabbage. Very bland and not worth having. My friend had the carne asada tacos and those looked decent and edible even though they forgot to take the onions out of her order. Maybe it might be a good place for drinks but steer away...
