Starbucks — Restaurant in Mexico City

Okay, I am a very loyal Starbucks customer, and I just bought 1000 (12cups in venti size )coffee to go from this store, and I asked the girl to give me a big bag to carry them bc it was raining heavily and 12 cups were many, so the girl first gave a broken bag for 2 cups, I was okay, but I needed a big one to carry, then she told me no big bags, ok I understood, but then I asked her to give more small bags to carry 12 cups of coffee, she just told me no more bags they ran out of them, I wanted to testify her words so I asked the cashier( a sweet girl) she said they had bags, then she was about to give me the bags, then the girl just told her not to give me bags, she said she told me no bags, of course it was such an obvious lie, they thought I didn’t know Spanish, omg as a person who go to their store quite often and take this service, How Funny🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃 and I already called the Starbucks Mexico to make...

While service and staff is typically excellent in all of Mexico, this specific starbucks after visiting countless others seems to go above and beyond in customer service, attentiveness, kindness and simply just pleasant to every guest that walks in the door. Is a clean good franchise. Lalo was kind, the area is good. For the local I suggest a good reparation or change the benches in front the cashier, are noisy when we sit usually people don’t pick it up they drag them to pull it out from the bar but is kind a noisy and disturbing.
