We were excited to try this fonda, sadly it was very, very disappointing. A bit more expensive than most around here. None of the items arrived as described in the menu. I ordered Piña Chaya juice and was given an sugary celery-orange-parsley juice. The cafe was very weak and served in a small, extremely chipped cup.
We ordered scrambled eggs+green beans with roasted pumpkin in pasilla salsa, a side of chilaquiles, and refried beans. We received hard-scrambled eggs in a soupy salty-yet-flavorless salsa, with the saltiest chilaquiles I've ever encountered, and soupy whole black beans. No green beans, no pumpkin.
