Starbucks Cozumel Pama — Restaurant in San Miguel de Cozumel

Very clean store with welcoming & friendly staff! The second story/rooftop seating views were phenomenal!!!

We were here almost every day of our weeklong vacation, (sometimes multiple times a day, as it was hot & their iced-tea can't be beat!), but the Barista perfectly remembered our order's, not by the 2nd day but by the 2nd visit! (We're obv not local/regular's, so we were impressed.) I L❤VE the packaged Almond Cookies next to the register (I WISH we had them in the US @ my local SB!!). For three days in a round I’ve purchased a chai tee (they have It on the menu). First time they made me chai latte and I had to correct and get another one. Second time they didin’t believe that I wouldn’t want chai latte and showed me just the teabag an asked if I’m sure. Today the same thing, I had to say many times ”chai plase, no chai latte”. The boy had to ask his colleague how to make tea from a teabag! Then he dopped the whole bag in the cup, with the yarn and the paper etiquette as well and asked right away, should he take It out now. I told him It needs to brew a couple minutes but didn’t realize that he didn’t leave the yarn out. I had to fish the teabag from the bottom with a pencil. And for this I payed...

The Starbucks is fantastic! Has air-conditioning lobby with an upstairs balcony that has stunning views on the ocean as well as the main street. Blocks away from the central Starbucks. This one is well worth the walk up the street it’s only about four blocks away from the International port . Much better than the location and the central downtown area.. coffee was nice and strong stunning views very quiet...
