I asked for a gin. Usually drink a certain brand. The lady serving pointed to their gin selection. I did say I hadn't seen those brands. There didn't seem to be alot of product knowledge. After I settled on a gin and classic tonic she served it up. I paid. $13 Then I asked if they had any lemon or lime garnish. She grabbed a container of precut lemons and placed her fingers in and dropped a piece of lemon in my drink. Really didn't appreciate it. Not in this day and age with all the world's changes. I booked my kids and I a First Table here at Cascade and the food was really yummy😋. The fried chicken was so good👌🏽. We ordered the Fried Chicken and Beef Burgers, Fried Chicken, Fried Chicken and Waffles and Thick Cut Fries. Everything was so good and those Fries were fluffy inside and golden crunch on the outside. Ordered a couple cocktails with my meal, was perfect! We made a reservation through First Table and were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our waiter quickly took our drink and meal orders, and the food arrived promptly and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the restaurant was understaffed with only one person working the bar. We had to go up to the bar multiple times to order more drinks, as no one came to our table to ask. When it came time to pay, we waited at the bar for over 20 minutes, along with other customers who were also waiting for service. It's a shame because the food...
