I ordered 2 Lamb and 1 chicken 2lambs for me and my mom(she was at home for takeaway)and chicken for my husband because he doesn't like the Lamb meat. They gave us 3 Lambs by mistake. (They written chicken on the package crossed out form lamb) husband ate a few bites cos he was talking on the phone before he started to eat. But I ate more than half I really love it so I took him there. And he realized it wasn't chicken. I wish he didn't mind but he refused to carry-on so I took it front girl who served us to ask change to chicken and left food there. And She came back to ue with his souvlaki and said they can't sell or use because he ate it so can't change for free. Only they can change my mom's Lamb souvlaki to chicken. I didn't know what to say. But my husband got upset and said it wasn't our fault. Suddenly the owner brought the chicken souvlaki and gave us and took the Lamb(for my mom) out from the paper back also talked loudly "You ordered 2lamb and 1 chicken I gave same ok?" So I explained him it was for my mom's. Finally He just dropped like giving up to finish. We couldn't eat or anything lost appetite wanted though away felted extremely humiliated. What a amazing calculation and ridiculous response. They made us fraud. Never seen this kind of situation at the restaurant before. I loved the food there so wanted to let my family to try but by this happening I can't go back there and I don't want to have souvlaki with this bad memory. It bothers me because I keep thinking about it like a nightmare.

I had a single size pretty enough. Also it was beautiful day to seat on thadvantage ench and share with seagulls:) Thanks and love to visit again and happy to introduce to friends. Read moreI ordered a double beef souvlaki and took the steak option as offered. The pieces of meat very often had significant amounts of fat still attached, I would say very 2nd - 3rd bite, enough to make it rather unpleasant if not noisome to eat. When I took it back and said so) (not the noisome bit, the young lady behind the counter said it was 'meant to come like that'. The older man doing the cooking, to whom I then addressed my concerns, first asserted that 'a few' pieces of meat had the fat. I said there were in fact many. To his credit he said he would cook some more for me. I said no thank you as I no longer really felt hungry, as you may well do after eating unanticipated gobs of fat. I offered my souvlaki back to him to eat or dispose of, which he refused to take. I have never encountered fat left on, and certainly not in these quantities, in other souvlaki I have had (not even the ones using alleged mince). $17 for a few nice mouthfuls, the rest of it borderline barf material and a less than...
Read moreGuys, what has happened here? I have been eating with you since you first opened, have always had high praise but today, my self and my partner were in Riverside market and of course, the first place I like to eat is with you people but to my surprise, it seems like the lamb has changed, I bought a double lamb souvlaki and to my disappointment, the lamb wasn't its usual tasty meat, seemed like it had changed, was dry and even looked a different colour, like not cooked on the grill, the first couple of pieces I chewed into was cold in the middle (frozen before?) I hate to say it but i completely did not enjoy, the first time ever (my partner also agreed) I threw half of it away, I'm hoping this is a one time bad experience and it's not a change to what you have previously done. Of course, I will try again an hope its back to your normal high standard, sorry for the review but it...
