. (03/2018) A small and very handy cafe located over The Terrace opposite PwC building and can be easily spotted on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Convenient location and easily approachable. Well managed, organised and nicely maintained. Awesome ambiance and cozy atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable seating. Found the nicely maintained and relatively quiet seating section upstairs pretty helpful for catch-ups and discussions. Welcoming and polite staff. Fast and efficient service. Tasty and freshly prepared beverages and edibles can be enjoyed at this cafe although normally there is limited to no choice for vegans and vegetarians. Good presentation. Table service. Card as well as cash payments are accepted. Good for groups, celebrations, family, kids and catch-ups. Normally busy during peak hours and closes down early in the evening. Good for quick visits. Outdoor seating is not available. Could not notice wheelchair accessible or high chair seating in plain view at this location. There is no dedicated parking area available although street parking can be found around the entrance. Entrance is not wheelchair accessible. One of the best coffees you can get in Wellington made by passionate baristas. There are couple of different coffee bean varieties available on request - just ask.

The beans are sourced from the best coffee roasteries in NZ, providing great alternative to Coffee Supreme or People's which you can get in almost any other café in Wellington. If all goes well, you can even expect coffee roasted by Frank himself in May 2020.

Decent selection of filter and espresso for drinking-in or buying for home use. Staff downstream downstairs were friendly enough but not super knowledgeable when I asked about the coffee beans. The person who served me upstairs was perhaps having a bad day... Food was really good, plenty of natural light and a good balcony upstairs, but poor acoustics upstairs upstand meant when it filled up, my company and I had to raise our voices and listen hard to communicate with each other.
