Lovely establishment. Very well kept and clean interior that is well decorated. Service is about average, nothing exceptional. The “Cuy Horno” was an interesting dish for a traveler to experience. The presentation was also very unique and made for a good photo and story. The “trucha” dishes we had were exceptional. Cooked perfectly and the spices on them were outstanding; but the sides were remarkably average for both. The potato side was super dry and lacked any flavor. Beautiful place, we found it on the bounce as we were looking for a place to eat and we stumbled upon this restaurant. The waiter was super attentive, he offered us complimentary pisco sour and something to snack on. The food was exquisite, they have a super menu that includes starter, main course and dessert. We ordered Trout Florentine and cause. Everything was excellent, well served, with an excellent presentation. Although we were far away, there was a group playing typical live music. This is a nice Peruvian restaurant on a busy street close to the Plaza de Armas. We ordered a causa and Trucha cusqueña (Cusco-style trout). We were offered complimentary corn with local cheese and a couple of salsas. The dishes came out quite late but both of them were delicious and were also plated beautifully.
