My husband's and my favorite place! When my husband was here in the Philippines, the hotel we stayed at was just beside the mall and our room on the 19th floor can see this restaurant. We looked for it for 3 days! On the fourth day, we found it and we loved it and kept coming back til it was time for my husband to go back to the US. The staff were really nice! The standout dishes of the evening were the shrimp, baby squid, skewers, and chicken wings. Let’s start with the shrimp—oh my goodness, these were some of the freshest I’ve ever had. They were perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor.

We dined at Burnt Edges Glorietta and enjoyed every bite! We ordered rice bowls, chicken wings (of course - the crowd favorite!), and the combo you definitely don’t want to miss when you’re here: the Shrimp Salty Eggsperience and Mussels Mardi Gras.
