I was really disappointed because of what i have experienced from the manager of MCDO located at Lot 1 B-2 Regalado Ave Cor. Dahlia Fairview Subd. Quezon City . I've been a loyal customer for so long . To be honest, I and my friends, and even my family members always choose to eat in Mcdo. We normally eat dine or ordering foods with the use of an app . And I don't really expect I will be experiencing this kind of dissatisfaction on the branch, especially directly to the manager name Francis as per one of the crew. This afternoon, I decided to eat with my nephew and niece. We went to Dahlia Mcdo Branch . I made an order for us, and normally, it's never been an issue to ask for gravy to be served to a small portion of the bowl . And I'm having a hard time walking at the time. I was really starved and tired. After I waited for so almost 2omins without setting expectation for how long it would gonna take. I went to the counter to ask for extra gravy to be served to a small bowl. Just a little favor, and I asked for it in a very nice way. I was not expecting they would refuse to grant my request. The crew asked the manager directly, even if I didn't ask, too. Then I was shocked after I heard the manager said "we do not give any gravy to our customer to a bowl. Without making apology and emphasizing my request. Then I just left and went back to my table . I felt rejected and annoyed at the same time. My request won't take a lot of their time and effort. This is not the usual request I ask them. We kept on doing that since before and had no issue about it. We normally served gravy to a bowl without making the request a big issue. 1st time to have a bad experience with them especially with the manager of the branch name Francis. I could understand if there was a sudden change if he made me realize the protocol, but to say without any emphaty on customer requests is a big dissatisfaction. Is this really how they serve customers? I guess the manager named Francis doesn't know how customer service works. Do I deserve to be treated like this. I was being ignored, and no one helped me on this. I'll make sure to tell all of my friends and family. I hope this concern may be addressed by all higher-ups and management. Read moreI have 2 bad experiences with the service crew of this branch. This was a few months ago. Once I ordered a 2 piece hotcake with hashbrown and a crispy chicken sandwich. Knowing this branch had issues with orders, I checked my order and to my surprise, the hashbrown was missing. So I asked the crew to check my order and they did. They gave me back my paper bag saying "order's complete sir". So I went my way back to the office and to my surprise, again, something was missing! They indeed put the hashbrown on my bag but this time the crispy chicken sandwich was missing! When it was already there in the first place! So I went back to the store and asked the manager how can this happen? She just told me that they'll talk to the crew. Fast forward today. I ordered 3 piece hotcakes with hashbrown. This was a mistake on my part too, knowing their history of bad service, I didn't check the bag I received. Funny, me and my colleagues were just talking about "tapos pagtingin mo sa 2 piece hotcake mo may free'ng sausage no". Then when I got to my desk and ate my hotcakes, I noticed the hashbrown AGAIN was missing!!!! This time I didn't bothered going back to the store as I'm too disgusted by their service to even go back there....
