Haven't had the chance to dine inside the resto but I always order to go some food or coffee.

Staff - super mababait and mabilis ang service. I never had to wait long for my order.

Coffee - I like na hindi siya matamis. I tried both iced latte and caramel macchiato. Medyo pricy yung drinks nila for it's size but the quality of the overall drink makes up for it.

Pastry - I recommend their lemon tartlet and madeleines. So far, I enjoyed both of these and didn't find them too sweet. Again, medyo pricy sila but the quality is there.

This is the 4th time I have dined at One Ayala Paul Cafe, My mom is happy with the delicious coffee and pastries. Mr mark makes our coffee and the coffee is so good even my dad likes it. And also to the server who served coffee and pastries, Mr. Hames, when we entered he immediately assisted us to the table that was good for 4 person's and he gave water immediately to us, he also cleaned the area around where we were going to sit. 5 star rate to Paul One Ayala, the front staff are kind and respectful.
