Texas Roadhouse stands out as a go-to spot for American comfort food, with flavors that feel tailored to the Filipino palate. Owned by the Bistro Group along with TGI Fridays and Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse somehow feels a little more special. While we enjoy meals at Fridays and Buffalo Wild Wings, there’s an extra warmth to the food here that keeps us coming back.
Two standout dishes that make dining here feel special are the Texas Seafood Platter and the Cowboy Meat Platter. The Texas Seafood Platter is absolutely worth it, and I’m especially a fan of the shrimp skewers—they’re perfectly cooked, flavorful, and a real highlight of the dish. Meanwhile, the Cowboy Meat Platter is a hearty, satisfying choice, perfect for meat lovers who want a true taste of Texas barbecue.
Another highlight is their complimentary bread, a soft, slightly sweet treat that our family finds irresistible. Refills are endless, which is perfect since we can’t seem to get enough! During a recent visit to their Robinsons Magnolia branch, the staff even offered us a bag of their bread to take home, noticing we had no leftovers to pack. That thoughtful touch really impressed us.
While we usually stick to more budget-friendly options for hearty meals, like Tapsi ni Vivian at Bulaluhan in Pasig, Luk Yuen, David’s Tea House, and Oks Manok at Pioneer Centre, Texas Roadhouse is one of the few places we happily splurge on now and then. The consistently delicious food and attentive service make it worth...

First time dining here, and my team and I chose this place based on its 4.9-star Google rating. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations—so much so that I felt compelled to share my thoughts, despite rarely leaving reviews.
Ambiance & Service Issues: The restaurant was uncomfortably hot when we arrived. Only after asking did we learn the AC was broken. No proactive solution was offered—we had to request a fan ourselves. Ordered San Miguel Light: the first round was fine, but the second round came at room temperature with no warning that cold beers were unavailable. We had to ask for cups with ice, why wasn’t this offered as an alternative upfront? One team member ordered a beer, waited 15 minutes, and after multiple follow-ups, I had to personally track down the manager to get it served.
Food & Communication Problems: We ordered the award-winning baby back ribs, but after the rest of our food arrived, the staff casually mentioned they were out of ribs. Why not inform us when we placed the order? The food itself was just average—nothing special, especially given the reputation.
Final Thoughts: Poor service, lack of communication, and mediocre food made this a frustrating experience. For a highly rated restaurant, the lack of attention to basic customer comfort was shocking. We won’t...

Let’s start with the bread and buttery peanuts—honestly, they could be a meal on their own! The warm, fluffy rolls paired with that sweet, cinnamon butter? Pure heaven. And the free peanuts? Crunchy, addicting, and the perfect snack to munch on while waiting for your order.
Their ₱420 combo meals are a solid win. Budget-friendly, generously portioned, and super filling—it’s the kind of combo that delivers value without sacrificing taste. I especially loved the grilled pork—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and grilled to perfection. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to order it again next time... and probably will!
Whether you’re out with friends, having a casual date, or enjoying a laid-back family weekend, Texas Roadhouse hits all the right notes. Great food, generous portions, good prices, and a warm, lively atmosphere.
