Came in here about bought two mediums with three toppings each. Thatโs THREE toppings, paid for; 220 peso. So, looking at the toppings ha, they had mango, watermelon (which looked old), grapes, kiwi, and some others. However, since I was visiting the Philippines and love mango, I asked for all three toppings to be mango. โSorry sir, we canโt do that. We can only give you two mango and one different.โ
Wait, I PAID for three toppings, the guys arenโt losing money. How is it against their โpolicyโ to not give all of a certain topping?
By the way, the photos they use to advertise the yoghurt are totally not what they give you. The photos show a huge amount of yoghurt in the cup, but what you get is ridiculously small, and I ordered a medium!
This is one of my problems with the Philippines; from my 20 years experience visiting here, they are THE WORST businessmen and businesswomen I have ever seen in the world. They love to offer things, but the delivery is always weak or thereโs a catch.
How can you advertise and sell โthree toppingsโ and then deny me my three? Good luck, bro, you lost a customer. All over a spoonful of mango, which is cheap and literally sold...

It happened twice that when one of the younger staff members realized that he put too much in the cup, he just threw away the whole cup in front of us.
