‼️Posting for my tita who had their worst hotel experience ever‼️beware
I had the worst Boracay experience because of this hotel, we booked a 4-night stay, upon checking in, the first impression we got was, the hotel is old & dilapidated. Upon entering the room we noticed that the bathroom was quite disgusting, toilet was stained brown, the shower area floors & walls were yellowish...the bed smelled musky & sure enough we saw molds in the ceiling & even a hole in one part of it. I went to the beach first as I was excited to swim, when I got back to shower...I then found that water would leak out from the cubicle to the toilet area of the bathroom....the last straw for me was while in bed, a cockroach landed on my arm, soon after there was power outage that took awhile to shift to the generator, so we were in darkness after just killing a cockroach on the bed. I then began to experience my asthma acting up...partly due to stress but I think mostly because of the moldy ceiling. My daughter & I decided to go down to the front desk to see if something could be done or if we could transfer to a better room, only to find that there are no staff on duty after 10pm except for the lone security guard who did not know anything nor had any authority to help us with our situation... we gave up & decided to just leave and find a better place to stay. The next day I went back & had to speak to the manager over the phone as he was on his day off & the staff on duty had no options to offer us...the manager was not helpful at all, never apologized & kept on repeating that it was not his problem & cannot give us a refund even partial at that because we had already paid. Common decency dictates that in any transaction or contract, if one of the parties in this case the hotel #lukaylasbrisas , does not meet their part of the deal...I.e. clean rooms in good condition similar to what they promise in the photos when you make a booking, refunds should be given or compensation or any type of settlement. Well we didn't get...

Room booked for my brother I booked a stay here for my brother, and this is based on his feedback:
The Good: The staff were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. A major plus was that they allowed an early check-in at 9:00 AM free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. Due to some issues with Suite C, my brother decided to upgrade to Suite B—and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was modern, new, and had a stunning sea view. It was definitely the highlight of their stay.
The Not-So-Good: They were initially assigned to Suite C, but unfortunately found large cockroaches in the room. Upon checking behind the refrigerator, it appeared quite dirty—suggesting the area hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time, which likely contributed to the pest issue. Also, the regular rooms looked outdated and worn. A renovation would really help enhance the overall guest experience.
Overall Score: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5) Great service and a fantastic room in Suite B, but cleanliness and maintenance in some areas need...
Read moreWe stayed at Lukay Las Brisas in Station 1 and overall had a really good experience. The hotel is beachfront, quiet, and relaxing — definitely a nice escape from the busier parts of Boracay. It also has a pool, which is a great bonus. The rooms are basic but comfortable; the bed and AC worked well, though some of the furniture felt a bit old, and the bathroom could use better cleaning/whitening.
What stood out most was the value — for Station 1, the price is really good. On top of that, the breakfast was excellent (everything we tried was delicious), and the customer service was genuinely warm and attentive. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront stay without breaking the bank, this place is worth considering.
A must-check out when you’re looking for a beach front but affordable accommodation in Station...
