Bo's Coffee — Restaurant in Pasay

The ube cheesecake and Stellina’s lemonade were decent, but the service was disappointing. When my husband and I arrived, we found an available table that still had leftover food on it. Although several staff members saw the mess, no one came over to clean it—even though the store wasn’t busy at all. There were at least five employees present, but in the end, my husband cleaned the table himself so we could eat. After couple minutes a group of four had also just left, leaving spilled drinks and trash behind. I watched two staff members gesture at each other, seemingly pointing out who should handle the cleanup. One eventually came over to clear the trash but didn’t bother wiping up the spilled drinks. She returned to the cashier area, where she and the others continued chatting and singing, and never came back to finish cleaning. 8 in the morning and all the counter staff looking at their phones. I had to ask "who's working?" to get a response. They made my iced Americano in about 10 seconds so it must have been sitting there. The girl thrust it at me with a quick nod and a snarl. The usual lousy Bo's watered down, weak, bland coffee. There are some smaller shops way further down T3 and I will definitely try those if I'm there again. Had it with Bo's unless I desperately need to plug in...

I had a flight back to Singapore when I stopped by at this coffee shop. I was shocked when as soon as I finished paying for my order, the food and coffee was already done. Service was fast, the vibe was good as the employees were smiling and laughing. I was able to talk to one of their employees, their supervisor I think.
