Kenny Rogers Roasters — Restaurant in Pasay

The food is great as expected from a Kenny Roger's restaurants however, their customer service is not there and should improve.. I was really disappointed and irritated that we came in to order breakfast take out and it took 45 minutes to complete.. We were the only ones in the restaurant for the whole time and ordered only 2 meals..

When we ordered, we were told 15-20 minutes so we waited patiently.. After 35 minutes had passed, we asked how long more and again we were told 15-20 minutes. We already waited 35 minutes and we had to wait more?? Only when we said something about it and asked to just cancel it, then they start preparing it??

Management didn't even care to apologize for the wait, only gave out us an attitude vibe for complaining about waiting too long.. They were too busy focusing on a big take out order that they didn't even bother to start our order when we were the only ones there.

If they told us it would take 45 minutes to complete 2 breakfast meals before we ordered, then we wouldn't have ordered there..

Either they learn to multi-task and prepare multiple orders at the same time or learn to prioritize.. I mean come on, the big order wasn't even finish when we left.. they should have completed our orders quickly so we could get out then go back to completing your big order..

2 breakfast meals for 45 minutes???...

This is the worst restaurant we have encountered so far. Our balikbayan friend had their christening, 1st birthday held here for their son last April 9 ,2019 at 12 nn. When we came the smoke coming from the oven is visible, the aircon is busted. They had 2 fans (the smaller one is dilapidated not in "safe" working condition) , the other one is Iwata directed only to one side that is not enough at the far end of the resto. They even brought a new fan to help but still the ventilation is very poor. I feel bad for the senior citizen guest. Anytime they could be victime of heat stroke and exhaustion from tgis place. Our friend booked 80 seats, and have no time for ocular visit. The worst explanation to hear from the manager is "the aircon was down since a week before the event" . They knew it and yet has no courage to cancel for the benefit of ther customers (safety and comfort). Please stay away from here, money making scam strategy establishment. We are waiting for the receipt and forward a detailed email to corporate relations of...

The food here is delicious but the service is not that good I.e doesn't exist. I had to find the waitress to order and they forgot to bring my drink until I waived them down to ask long after I finished my meal. My side dishes came about ten minutes before my main dish. Still the food is so good I gave it 4 stars for that alone. But man I don't think the waitress is even knows I'm here. I wanted dessert but there's no waitress sooo...

I went up and asked them to send over a waitress and nobody came. Only when I threatened to leave did this mystery waitress show up then she didn't even give me correct change. Yes it was only 5 pesos short but after all this nonsense it's just insulting.

I'm changing this to 2 stars. If the food wasn't so good it'd be 1 star...
