Farma Vegan Burgers | Est. 2016 — Restaurant in Krakow

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. In a 24 hour time span, we were here 3 times. Do yourself a favour and just come here to eat! From the burgers to the wraps to the traditional open faced sandwiches "zapiekanki" to the smoothies everything here is delicious, fresh and packed with flavor! The people working here are very fluent in English, are super cool, kind and welcoming. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the seating area on the second floor. I would come to Krakow again and again just to eat here. We had the putin (aka poutine with wedges, a delicious mushroom style gravy and cheese) a ginger/peach smoothie which was delicious. Not too gingery which is always lovely. Also tried to strawberry smoothie - super refreshing after a long day of walking. We also tried the Yerbamate fizzy drink (not our favorite personally though)

Food wise we had the rancher burger with farm sauce and cheesy sauce three times so you know it's super tasty. We had the vegan cheese/oat crusted burger which soooooooo melty and soooooooo good! Also tried the farmerska zapiekanki which made my day! I truly can't say enough good things about this place! Come on down, enjoy vegan comfort food and thank me later for...

One star is too much. When we came one of the staff member was chewing what we later found out food from the counter. That was a warning sign. We order two burgers and sat down. The two girls staff were chatting away (one of which was first day at work) while preparing our food. We noticed that one of the girl was picking with the knife pieces of burger and putting in her mouth and again putting the knife back into burger and doing it for the whole time the burger was warming up on grill. The second girl was dipping her piece of bread in sauces and putting in her mouth too. When she came with the burger i asked for changing it and she asked why. So i asked if that was the burger on the grill. She said yes. And we said we have seen you eating from it and then both of them got very nasty and denying the whole thing basically accusing me of lying even in front of their boss. It also was huge problem of giving the whole amount of money back. No apologies given. It was terrible experience. Impressed with Krakows option for vegan food but dissapointed discovering this...

It was very very hot inside but I was hungry so I decided to go in anyways. The service staff didn’t say much but maybe that was just because of language barriers. I got the gyros burger which didn’t take long to be made. In my opinion, the soy meat replacement has nothing to do with gyros and just wasn’t very flavorful at all. This would definitely still be more towards maybe 3 than 1 star though. Why one star then? At first I did not know why my burger tasted very weird. But picking it a bit apart and eating it more separated I quickly realized that it was the spicy sauce on it which simply tasted spoiled, as if it had turned over. The burger was edible after I did my best to completely scrape of the rotten sauce. One star is not only for serving rotten food though but for me telling them about this and then not reacting at all. Furthermore, they offered the same sauce to customers after me. This is truly horrendous and simply dangerous. I hope they will immediately fix their food hygiene policy, otherwise I don’t see why they should be allowed...
