To be honest, I have mixed feelings about my experience.

On one hand, the meat is obviously very high quality, the taste is quite good. I would have a difficult time sourcing this meat at home.

On the other hand, I requested it to be cooked medium, but received rare. I enjoy rare too, fine.

Minus points for the steak being cool by the time it reached my table. If you are going to serve 220g of steak, what is the advantage of cutting it so thin? Perhaps the approach was for the perception of portion size? I don’t know… I would have preferred a thicker, warm steak.

The staff were okay, my server was chewing gum while taking my order but I was wearing shorts, t-shirt and hoodie so fair is fair, I guess.

The main reason I am torn on this review is because the price came out to less than €30… For that price I got a really tasty steak, sides, a drink and okay service… I can’t really complain too much in the end.

Bottom line… I enjoyed this place for what it is but I’m not quite sure what it is trying to be. It is a chain/group that presents itself as a high end steak house while the execution and price point is that of something more reminiscent of TGI Fridays. Steak was good...

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this restaurant . Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service provided during my visit was far below my expectations.

Firstly, despite the presence of several empty tables, we had to wait for more than 15 minutes before a hostess came to guide us to our table. When we asked for assistance, one of the hostesses said she was busy and would come back, but she never did. This was very frustrating as it added to the wait time and made us feel unimportant.

To make matters worse, after we received our food, we discovered a hair on one of the plates. Although the supervisor replaced the plate, he kept the same piece of meat that was on the old plate and added another piece of meat to it. The quality of the meat was very poor and seemed like it had been frozen, which was extremely disappointing.

Overall, the poor quality of the meat, the hair on the plate, and the disappointing service made our experience at this restaurant one of the worst we have had in Lisbon. I regret to say that I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone and we will not...

Ate here this evening as it is close to our home. Really wished we hadn't. We were sat at a table away from main area even though most tables were empty. No drinks menu offered to us so we decided to just have a bottle of water. That arrived warm, with no ice or lemon. We ordered two burgers. When they arrived mine was only warm. When I complained it was taken away, my husband was left to eat alone where in many restaurants they would have brought fresh for him too. When mine returned they said that it had been put in the oven! Initially I thought it was hot but then found only the cheese on top was. Very disappointed especially as I had a piece of bone in my burger, waitress was quite surly after complaining and all they could say on our way out was sorry. Fortunately, I live quite close as just after getting home I had an upset stomach.

I guess that given its location they assume, wrongly, that customers are tourists and probably won't be back. I was surprised to see so many 4 and 5 star reviews. Maybe we were just unfortunate. We certainly won't go back or...
