My visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Lisbon was an experience that reverberated with the electrifying essence of rock music, complemented by an unexpected but delightful interaction. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was charged with the spirit of rock 'n' roll, enveloping guests in a world where music transcends time and geography. The decor was a testament to rock legends, with memorabilia that captured pivotal moments in music history. Each corner of the cafe held stories of musical greatness, making it more than just a dining experience—it was a journey through the heart of rock culture. Adding to this unique ambiance was a pleasant surprise—our waitress was fluent in Ukrainian. Her ability to speak Ukrainian not only made us feel warmly welcomed but also added a personal touch to our experience, making the atmosphere even more inclusive and diverse. The dishes we ordered were nothing short of spectacular. Served hot and bursting with flavors, each bite was a melody of taste that complemented the overall vibe of the cafe. The culinary craftsmanship was evident, with every dish showcasing the kitchen's dedication to quality and passion for serving memorable meals. In conclusion, the Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa offers more than just a meal; it provides an immersive rock 'n' roll experience, enriched by attentive service and a warm, multilingual staff. The tasty and hot dishes are the cherry on top of an unforgettable visit, making it a must-visit destination for both music lovers and food enthusiasts.

On May 1st, we went to the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch. Luckily, we didn't need to make a reservation, but I believe that's not usually the case. The restaurant itself is worth visiting for the experience, the atmosphere, the music, and the memorabilia that tells its story. As for the food, we ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger and The Big Cheeseburger, both of which came with fries and a vinegar-based sauce. We also ordered two cocktails: the Hurricane and the Tropical Margarita. The restaurant's entrance through the store was a bit unusual, but as a first-timer, I cannot say if it's the same in all Hard Rock Cafes. The servers were quite accommodating, asking us about allergies and preferences, and how we wanted our meat cooked. The BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious, with a juicy patty and excellent sauces - definitely recommended. The Big Cheeseburger was also good, but it was slightly smaller and only one euro cheaper, so not as worth it in my opinion. The Hurricane was good, but the glass it came in was smaller than what we saw in the picture. The Tropical Margarita, on the other hand, was quite strong. Now, regarding the price, we need to keep in mind that paying 20 euros for a hamburger and 12 euros for a cocktail is mostly for the brand and experience. While it's not an essential restaurant to visit in Lisbon, those who enjoy the genre and the memorabilia will find it worthwhile. The service was good, although I must say that Lisbon is starting to feel quite Americanized in terms of how servers are constantly checking up on customers. Some may like it, others may not, but it's a personal preference. Overall, I didn't dislike the experience, but I probably wouldn't do it again.

We recently visited the Hard Rock Café to watch the Champions League final, having made a reservation specifically to enjoy the game. Unfortunately, our table's location made it impossible to see the screen properly, which was incredibly frustrating. The food was another letdown. Despite the high prices, the portions were small and lacked flavor. We expected much better quality from such a renowned establishment. On a positive note, the waiters were kind and attentive throughout our visit. When we voiced our concerns to the manager, he listened and eventually found us a better spot to watch the final quarter of the game. While we appreciated the effort, it didn't fully make up for the earlier inconveniences.Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we left feeling that the high cost was not justified by the quality of the food or the initial seating arrangement. While the staff's kindness and the manager's eventual assistance were positives, they were not enough to redeem the evening. We hope that the Hard Rock Café improves its service and seating arrangements for future events.

I've been to a couple Hard Rock Cafés for events in the past, maybe 10-15 years ago, and thought I'd take the risk and try eating at one like a normal person. They were running a special on a Messi Burger for 10 euro. I ordered the fries extra for 6 euro more and was really disappointed on the fry portion size. See the photo for the overly skimpy fry portion. The burger was "Two beef patties, topped with provolone cheese, sliced chorizo, caramelized red onion, and signature spicy smoky sauce on a toasted brioche bun with shredded lettuce and vine-ripened tomato". As far as the atmosphere, I love rock so enjoyed looking at the memorabilia and listening to the music. However, it felt more like a graveyard to rock than a museum of rock. It's hard to recommend this place for food given all the great, affordable food in Lisbon. I wouldn't have even gone in without the Messi Burger special advertised, since their normal cheeseburger is like 18€. My advice then is to not eat here unless you are going for a special.

Good place, nice ambience, friendly atmosphere....but the food was horrible. i had the worst steak so far. and i expected so much from their menu. the Steak Cobb Salad i was served wasn't something I'd recommend. I asked for a medium steak but got served of a well-done one, so, i asked for a better one but since they probably either hurried the cooking of the new steak OR the quality of the meat wasn't put in consideration, so the result was still a very chewy and dry steak next to my salad. I spat more than i swallowed. Kudos for the waitress for being kind and nice about it and insisting i get the right kind i ordered, but still wasn't satisfied with what i ate, and ofc, we go to restaurants for the food, above all. on top of that, the house-blend iced tea wasn't as good as the other branches' . i was quite surprised why it's like that in Lisbon. too bad, could have been a great experience but whoever cooked my steak ruined it for me.

We visited here whilst on our last night in Portugal, we decided to walk to the restaurant to build up an appetite, which was roughly 5km away. We got there eventually and was lucky enough to get a table after only 10 minutes. The interior of the restaurant is filled with various music memorabilia and there is a very energetic feel to the place. All guests are invited to take a trip around the restaurant to look around. We had a new server that was over from the Londen restaurant, very helpful and full of energy, he took the time to go over everything on the menu. The food was very good and I can definitely recommend the alcoholic free long drinks, they are to die for. We didn't have to wait too long before we received our food and drinks were topped up even before our glasses were empty. Alltogether a good restaurant BUT a little expensive, which is why only 4 stars.
