McDonald's Rossio — Restaurant in Lisbon

Worst experience in McDonald's ever. I usually go everyday with my friends , because i like the ice-cream of McDonald's. The price is very reasonable also. I ordered 3 icecream and one cappuccino. I completed the order and finished the payment by my card but i didn't get the receipt. Then i went to the reception and tell the problem. There was a guy in the reception he told us did i saw the number . I said yes 73. He told me to wait for the number. After 30 minutes I again went to him and tell him why my order isn't coming. Then he told me that they don't have my order on their list. Then i show them my payment. Then they said yes they got it. Then a lady asked me ,What was my order. GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!! After horrible experiences with customer service at local restaurants, we made the default decision to go here. It was very busy for a Monday night and confusing for ordering gluten free. Most people are ordering through the machines and then they get in line to pay in cash. I asked someone in line if they knew about gluten free and they kept telling me that I couldn't order at the counter, and I wasn't about to wait in a huge line. Unfortunately, the line soon died down, and after my friend had ordered their meal, I made another attempt to order. The Man behind the counter told me that I just ordered there if I need gluten-free. I asked about the fries and if it's a shared fryer, he said yes. I said okay then it's not gluten-free. Been here twice in three days, both experiences were horrendous. Customer service is class A rude. Twice they’ve not processed the order via the machine and the sassy lady is shamelessly aggressive. After three attempts and 47 minutes later we finally got our order. However I don’t know whether it’s a Portuguese thing but I was expected to eat my ice cream sundae with my fingers. It proved difficult, PS the fries were anaemic and sucking a sundae through a straw is less than ideal. All I wanted was a nice meal, it was not the fine dining experience I expected.
