&deli Mediterranean Fusion — Restaurant in Doha

I am referring to the restaurant outside the City Center. The service is absolutely disaster!!! It takes you like 15 minutes to flag down the waiter. The food would arrive after 30 minutes.The staff looks like they picked them up from the street and asked them to support the service that day! They don’t even know the items from the menu. The Arabic lady doesn’t speak English at all. My friend asked for a coffee with milk aside. We waited for like 20 minutes for this milk (they brought her the coffee). When we flagged down the waiter and asked him why they are delaying it he answered that someone went to other Deli inside the mall to get the milk!!!!!! Are you serious!?!?!?!? We are coming back again and again hoping that something would change but no. Once also we had pizza and after a while the waiter came to us and asked us to take the pizza board because they have another order for pizza so they need it. 😳😳😳 It’s a shame that such a nice restaurant and with good location has such ignorant staff and unacceptable service. My experience at &deli was pleasant and relaxed. With honesty, my expectation for mall restaurants are not so high in regards of service or food quality however, &deli excided at every category. Lunch was served in a timely manner. Staff were friendly and eager to assist. Food was delicious and well plated. Keep the good work! I recomend going a bit before lunch time as the place gets busy. While I was enjoying my time there I've noticed people like to hang our for coffee or to work on their computer due to it's serene and warm atmosphere. Fresh tasty food! Very friendly team! Clean and well maintained place. Disgusted by a chubby rude lady, probably GM/owner, who was calling every few minutes the staff to her table and complaining loudly about them! If she was the owner definitely she doesn't deserve such a great team and also clients. Few of the chefs, waiters, manager passed by her table and was easy to see how scared they were.
