I have been to a lot of Michelin restaurants and was surprised to find one here, I hadn’t noticed it has a boutique 2* restaurant when I booked, so that was a nice surprise. All I can say is, if you stay in the hotel or even in the area, you have to treat yourself one night. The food quality is excellent and presentation really impressive. But its hard to explain just how much pleasure you can derive from eating here, the flavours were amazing. I had the 5 course and that was more than enough for me. You can either have wine paring or separate drinks. We went with the paring which really complemented the food well. Even after this the whole bill was less than you would pay for a good bottle of wine at some Michelin restaurants. Value for money wise, it’s fantastic. The venison tasted off and needed seasoning. Wines were ok but...

Also, the meal was accompanied by looped music, that would have been better placed in a shopping mall in Milwaukee. No offence intended to Milwaukee.
The wine list was short in every respect, the food had aspirations in terms of presentation that were way above its ability to deliver taste; and the service was eager, but, amateurish.
Can’t comment about desert or coffee. Did not stay that long.
If we had paid half as much as we did, that would have...
