Let’s start with the good: The music? Peak millennial eargasm. Beyoncé, JT, Riri — the holy trinity. Not a single cajka in sight. The place looks amazing, everyone’s dressed like they own crypto but actually have jobs, and the under-25 crowd is surprisingly civilized. No broken glass, no fake Chanel belts — just pure, classy chaos.

Now the service… oh honey. You know those dreams where you scream but no sound comes out? That’s what trying to order here feels like.

First, we got relocated like furniture during spring cleaning. Apparently, tables are sacred relics that only seat a very specific number of blessed souls. Sit wrong, and boom — table exorcism. No explanation, just vibes.

Then comes the waiting game. Want a drink? Good luck, soldier. You’ll make eye contact with 6 different waiters, all of whom will ghost you like a bad Tinder date. When one finally approaches, it’s like spotting a unicorn — exciting but suspicious.

We ordered cocktails (which, to be fair, were divine — high-end mixology meets liquid therapy). Ready for round two? So were we. But the real cocktail was the mix of rage, despair, and sarcasm we were sipping while trying to get anyone’s attention again.

And paying? Buckle up. You will beg, pray, wave your soul in the air, and still wait longer for the bill than you did for your high school diploma. We tried splitting the bill — they looked at us like we asked them to explain quantum physics.

My friend and I came in ready to get lovingly trashed and dance our traumas away. Instead, we spent the evening playing Find the Waiter like it was an interactive psychological thriller. After one drink, we grabbed our dignity and credit cards and moonwalked out like “thanks but never again… unless someone else’s paying.”

Honestly, if I were to take myself on a date, this would be the place. The atmosphere’s just right—chill, but with a lot of that “hidding something special”. If you're looking for a spot that’s all about the drinks, but still feels laid-back and unpretentious, this place is it. The interior’s got this easygoing neutral vibe going on—nothing too flashy, nothing trying too hard. Focus is exactly where it should be: on the drinks and how amazing they taste. The place is run by two young gentlemen who totally embody the relaxed vibe of the spot. At first glance, they look like they could be hanging out at a house party, but don’t be fooled. You can tell there’s a whole lot of effort and craftsmanship behind every drink they serve. It’s that perfect balance of casual, yet professional. And they smile a lot. We were recommend this high-tech cocktail bar by the staff at Milka hotel Hranjska Gora where the owner previously worked as a bartender before opening up his own joint in the capital. They don't take reservations so I'd recommend getting there right when they open to ensure you can maximize your time slurping down all of their amazing cocktails. We were the only ones at the bar when it opened but when we left a couple hours later there wasn't an empty seat in the entire establishment.

While their cocktails may be on the smaller side each one is entirely different in their own unique way. I easily enjoyed six separate cocktails and could have continued ordering through the other ones in their menu until I had sampled every one.

My favorite aspect of this cocktail lounge was that with each cocktail you ordered came a bowl of popcorn that the wait staff made sure was never empty!
