Would like to give this place more stars after the service during the England game but unfortunately after tonight I've had to mark it down due to the attitude of the woman doing the karaoke. She saw fit to pull us up out loud as we were on our phones and when I tried to point out to her that I'm slightly hard of hearing due to background noise she proceeded to talk in a tone I found patronising. She then made a remark as we walked out which at this point I calmly went to her and explained about my hearing and the fact I'm autistic so therefore found her comments rude and uncalled for. She did apologise and said she didn't mean for it to sound rude but too little too late. Yes we were on our phones but only because we wouldn't have been able to hear each other due to the music and it's none of her business why frankly. Most of the bar staff fine no problem but I think your worker on the karaoke needs people training skills and advised on how to act as I did notice she called some young lads out for something aswell and...

DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Unfortunately, my visit to this “peaky blinder themed place” was quite disappointing.Despite the place being nearly empty, with only two tables occupied, no one came to me to take my order. The staff (2 guys) completely ignored me until I finally had to go to the bar to order my drinks

The lack of attention and disinterest from the staff really ruined what could have been an enjoyable experience. I hope the service improves in the future, as I don’t plan on returning under these circumstances. There are too many good options with friendly staff in the same area to be sitting in a place where people simply do not want to work . I stopped in here for a beer as it looked like a nice place. I went up to the bar and waited till the barman had poured 3 Guinness and served them to a table outside. When he was free, I also ordered a Guinness and paid him. I wandered outside to take a seat and he came at me shaking his head and barked that it was bar service. The barman here is extremely rude which is disappointing as it was a good pint of Guinness. Given he had table serviced 3 customers prior to me, I was extremely surprised by his response.
