This place is a classic. Part of the initial wave of tiki that swept the world - following the golden age of tiki in North America. But unlike many of its contemporaries, the place has been kept up and modernized as needed over the years. The result is a gem of a bar that is an echo of the American optimism of the 50s and 60s, with a unique Spanish twist - kept clean and modern by an obviously invested ownership. Now serving the new generation of cocktail savvy young folk, it is both a history lesson and beacon of the future of tiki. Outside of America one of the best examples of tiki modern in the world. The staff pleasant and friendly. Enthusiastic about tiki and rum. The drinks were strong and the mugs they served them in were made in Spain exclusively for them.
I didn’t see a food menu, so you’ll want to eat before you go. If you don’t, they serve popcorn and corn nuts with your drinks.

They have range in price from €5 to about €10, but all drinks are moderately sized and good for the money. The service is very friendly and the place is very clean. When drinks are served they come with comically large straws and some snacks! The music was great and not too loud, so you can have a conversation or sing along.
