Quite good food, when it finally gets to the table. But everything else .... the toilets are incredibly dirty (which usually is a sign for the state of the kitchen), service was nonexistent, requiring me to go to the counter twice to confirm that the order had gone through and to ask what happened when only half the ordered items arrived.

Ordering is done through a very shady website that you need to access with your phone. It's unclear, does not indicate in any language that the order has gone through, and states certain items are sold out when they are in fact on display at the counter, for sale. My phone triggered a warning about possible phishing after I accessed the website.

The kakigori is Excellent, and the cakes are a delight, great value for money. But...

I wanted to visit this place because of many positive reviews. But when we finally got there I was really disappointed. We ordered soup and meat, and 2 ice cream desserts. The waiter brought the soup and in 2 minutes she brought an ice cream! This was unexpected and I tried to explain that after the soup we expect the dessert, but the waiter spoke little-to-no English and very small Spanish. Finally we got our food in a normal order and the food was ok, not super-tasty though. It was a bit dirty everywhere and an interior was also strange - like main decorations were from the previous owner in classical European style and the new owner just put on top a lot of Chinese stuff like labubu - they...

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place is a total scam. Not only is the bubble tea overpriced and mediocre, but the staff can't even be honest with customers or with themselves. They lie straight to your face in English, thinking people won’t notice. I caught them saying one thing, then completely contradicting it later.

If you ask a simple question, they dodge it or give vague excuses. It’s clear they’re more interested in tricking people than actually providing decent service or drinks. Be warned: they’ll say anything to avoid responsibility or refunding bad orders.
