Restaurant Nineteen — Restaurant in Barcelona

We had intentions to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe but they were completely booked for hours. We were hungry and wanted to eat now, so we looked around and found this restaurant called "Nineteen". We gave it a shot and I'm so glad that we did. The Food was absolutely AMAZING! Everything we had was delicious. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe the following night and was very disappointed, We should have spent our money on the better food a second time. I highly recommend...

An excellent dinner! Especially the main course—I chose the fresh white fish caught today. Having lived by the sea all my life, I can confidently say this is one of the best ways to prepare fish. The mushrooms were the highlight, adding a rich and deep flavor to the entire dish. Many thanks to the restaurant’s head waiter for the recommendation. We arrived at 6:50pm and although they said they opened at 8pm they spoke to the kitchen and could cook all but one of the mains (an hour before opening)! We had potatoes and beef slices for starters and the were wonderful. The mains were fantastic although the staff convinced me have the veal medium well, not well (good choice).
