Pulso by Eboca — Restaurant in Madrid

We stopped into Pulso by Eboca for a light dinner and drinks after enjoying some tapas nearby, and it was such a great choice. From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing—warmly welcomed right away and given our pick of tables, we settled into a cozy corner.

The staff was attentive without being intrusive. They even noticed my husband’s glass of cava was still full and proactively picked it up to refill it—such a thoughtful touch. They were also very helpful in guiding us through the cocktail menu, and I ended up trying two fantastic drinks: a rosemary honey whisky sour and a pineapple ginger pisco sour—both unique and perfectly balanced.

The food was just as impressive. The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the Iberico ham was absolute perfection. Everything paired beautifully with our drinks, making it the ideal spot for a relaxed yet elevated evening.

Absolutely amazing experience here at Catalonia Espana hotel and spa Madrid . Raphael and Anabel at the restaurant are such superb people and they treated us with such amazing welcoming and friendly hospitality . I will certainly return to this hotel. spa experience was just amazing and hotel staff as well were all awesome .. Una Experiencia Inolvidable

Desde el primer momento en que crucé las puertas del restaurante, fui recibido con una calidez poco común. La anfitriona Verónica, impecablemente profesional y encantadora, no solo me ofreció una sonrisa genuina, sino que logró ese delicado equilibrio entre cortesía y cercanía que transforma una recepción ordinaria en una bienvenida memorable. Su dominio del ritmo del salón, la atención a los detalles y su capacidad de anticiparse a las necesidades del comensal son dignos de una sala Michelin.

Los mesoneros, por su parte, actuaron como una orquesta bien afinada: discretos pero siempre atentos, conocedores del menú sin caer en lo pretencioso, y con una eficiencia silenciosa que nunca interrumpió el fluir de la conversación en la mesa. Cada platillo fue presentado con gracia, sin apresuramientos ni demoras, y con respuestas precisas ante cualquier inquietud culinaria.

En cuanto a la cocina, simplemente sublime. Desde los aperitivos hasta el postre, cada bocado reflejaba una ejecución técnica depurada y una creatividad equilibrada. La materia prima era de calidad evidente, tratada con respeto y un sentido estético notable. El maridaje sugerido por el personal complementó perfectamente los sabores, denotando una capacitación superior en enología.
