Creperie la Chaumiere — Restaurant in Palma

I have been coming to this place since 2020 and it is my absolute favourite place to dine in Mallorca 😍 💫

This evening I drove for 30mins just to enjoy the tastiest crepes in the world, I honesty cannot rave about them enough.

A warm welcoming from the most amazing hosts, they truly make me feel like I am at home and I really cherish these people.

The food is incredible, Vegetarian Crepe with Truffle oil is my jam, filled with delicious ingredients, crispy outer crepe I just love this, some serious hot sauce for those of you that love fire, watch out!🔥 and for desert I occasionally have the salty caramel crepe - it is actually ridiculous how good they are.

We were looking for a light dinner quite late at night and found this place on Google. It is such a lovely (and lively) little spot, very quaint and romantic. They had a perfect chill-out music playlist going while we were there.

We ordered the savory La Normande crepe to share, and absolutely devoured it. We easily could have had two savory crepes, even though we weren't very hungry. Decepcionante experiencia por comentarios inapropiados de la camarera.

He sido clienta habitual de La Crêperie La Chaumière durante años y siempre había disfrutado de las veladas, hasta ayer. La experiencia fue lamentablemente arruinada por la actitud completamente fuera de lugar de la camarera que no dejó de hacer comentarios inapropiados y de mal gusto.

Estaba cenando con mi pareja cuando, la camarera soltó un comentario del tipo: “Seguro que paga él”. No contenta con ello, continuó con observaciones similares a lo largo de la noche, cruzando constantemente la línea del respeto. Al pagar yo con mi tarjeta, remató con un comentario sarcástico: “¿Quién ha pagado?”, a lo que le respondí que eso era algo que nunca sabría.

Me vi obligada a contenerme y no reprocharle en el momento debido a la cercanía de otras mesas, pero la situación fue humillante y completamente inapropiada. No tiene ningún derecho a juzgar ni especular sobre cómo organizo mi vida con mi pareja, ni mucho menos a emitir juicios o comentarios sobre nuestras decisiones económicas o personales.

Es una pena que un restaurante al que acudía con tanto gusto haya perdido toda su esencia por culpa de una actitud tan poco profesional. No recomiendo este lugar hasta que tomen medidas serias para corregir este tipo de...
