Pizza Hut- Colombo City Centre — Restaurant in Colombo

I wanted to share a wonderful experience we had during our visit to the CCC Pizza Hut yesterday around 5:30 PM. We ordered a medium half-and-half pizza (Chicken Hawaiian and Meat Lovers). Shortly after it was served by a young female staff member, I noticed pineapple pieces in the Hawaiian half. As my fiancée is allergic to pineapple, I began removing the pieces one by one. This young staff member was extremely attentive - she noticed what I was doing and immediately approached us to check if it was due to an allergy. When we confirmed it was, she insisted that my fiancée not eat the pizza and kindly offered to replace it with a new one. Her concern, politeness, and quick action truly impressed us. She handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. Unfortunately, we couldn’t thank her in person as she had gone inside by the time we were leaving. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to her - she absolutely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.

Date of Visit: 1st July I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this pizza place really left a bad taste—unfortunately, not because of the food.

While the pizza itself was good and the ambiance was decent , the customer service was shockingly poor. The person at the cashier was extremely rude and dismissive, treating us as if we were getting our food for free. His attitude was completely uncalled for and ruined what should have been a nice meal out.

To make matters worse, we had to wait nearly an hour for a single pizza, which is simply unacceptable unless you're making it from scratch in outer space.

I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because the actions of one disrespectful staff member shouldn't tarnish the reputation of an entire food chain. Good food deserves...

I visited this place on a buy-one-get-one-free promotion day and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We ordered four types of pizzas—two of each: Triple Chicken Feast, Cheese Lovers, Spicy Chicken, and Chicken Bacon & Potato with Nai Miris flavors. All the pizzas were delicious. The staff was accommodating and even provided extra Italian seasoning packets upon request. However, seating here is more limited compared to other outlets.
