Table by Nyne — Restaurant in Colombo

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing brunch at Table by Nyne, and it was nothing short of spectacular!

The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed Sunday morning. The decor is stylish yet cozy, creating a delightful atmosphere to unwind and enjoy a meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

Now, onto the food - absolutely delicious! The brunch menu offers a fantastic variety of options, from classic eggs Benedict to unique fusion dishes that tantalize your taste buds. I highly recommend trying their signature avocado toast and the decadent French toast. Every dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully.

Used to love the place. The food used to be really good but now its terrible while its also super overpriced. At least as I see it. The interior is beautiful as always and the staff has always been helpful.

The crab eggs Benedict was terrible. Muffin was so dry and the crab tasted so bad. Its almost taste like tuna because its crushed to a paste. Muffins were dry like bread.

Pork burger was ok but again bun was dry like bread. Sounds like im complaining so much but thats what it was. The potato rings came on the side was amazing lol I dont know. The pork patty is proper and tasty.

The pulled pork noodle had so much salt and was practically inedible. My friend had to eat it since we were starving waiting for the food to come for a while

Salted caramel popcorn sunday was good though.

Overall quality has dropped and price has increased which is kinda common these days...

Was planning on having my breakfast at Table by Taru. Once we got to the venue a guy approached the vehicle and informed us that if we are coming we need to park the car outside the premises on the road. When I questioned him why he told me that they keep that space for other vehicles to turn which didn’t make sense as many other restaurants who have smaller car parks have arranged solutions for this simple purpose. I didn’t want to park my vehicle outside and come, as there was plenty of room for me to park as well as few more vehicles and others to turn their vehicles in that parking lot. This is not the only place in colombo to have food right? Sorry Taru we couldn’t get to...
