Max — Restaurant in Stockholm

The legendary Max Burger in Sweden was a bit of a mixed bag. While there were some positive aspects to the experience, there were a couple of notable drawbacks that left me with a somewhat underwhelming impression. Let's start with the positives. The taste of the burgers was undeniably good. They had a flavorful, juicy quality to them that showcased the quality of the ingredients used. The variety of burger options on the menu was also impressive, catering to a range of tastes and preferences. The place was clean, all the machines were working and the floor was not sticky.

Now, onto the areas that could use improvement. Unfortunately, the burgers I ordered were a bit on the soggy side. The buns seemed to have absorbed a bit too much moisture, which affected the overall texture and enjoyment of the meal. This was a noticeable letdown, especially considering the reputation of Max Burger. Another issue was the delay in one of our orders. Waiting for an additional 25 minutes for a meal can be quite frustrating, especially when you're hungry and with other people. While delays can happen in any place, it did impact our overall...

Really nice, when it comes to fast food. I like Max Burger better than McDonalds and Burger King, especially the taste (quite good for fast food). Also, I didn't ever have to wait long for my meal (your mileage may vary), and what is also useful is the terminal that takes orders (and card payments), which I have seen here first (years before McDonalds and Burger King also understood that this could safe the customers some time and the company some money). Also nice is that they have free refill for the drinks, but maybe, that is the normal thing in Sweden, I'm not sure. The only thing that I would change is that the order terminal displays everything in Swedish only, in some other countries, I have seen order terminals where the language can be selected (English would be fine for me, since I don't speak Swedish). Also, if the orders really take long quite often (what many people seem to complain about), they should probably hire a few more people, but for our group, it was always OK, nobody had to wait exceptionally long. worst service EVER ! I will never go back

After walking for one day in the cold we were hungry for some fries. We stopped at Max. After eating I needed to pee, but to enter the restroom you need a code. I went to the counter, had to wait for my turn to come (people were queuing because there was only one guy working... and 3 employee were doing absolutely nothing at that time, except talking to each other).. I asked the guy for the code. He said it was not working, but said he had a key and that he could open the door. He told me to go in front of the door and wait for him. After waiting for 10min, I tried to catch his attention from the distance but he just ignored me. I went back to sit with my friends, hoping he would come. He never did. I finally left, just to see 3 other women standing in front of the restroom's...
