Machi Machi Stockholm — Restaurant in Stockholm

Was looking forward to finally try this tea shop out, but I was quite disappointed by the speed and service provided by Machi Machi Stockholm. I went there yesterday afternoon and order the Four Seasons Fruit Tea. There were many other customers who were also extremely annoyed that they had to wait for quite a long time to first queue to place their orders and then another long wait to get their drinks. My order was taken around 13:44 and I finally got my drink after asking the staff several times. I left the place with my tea around 14:20. On top of that, people who ordered after me they all got their drinks before me as well. Another girl who’s one number after me also got super annoyed and went to the counter to ask about her order. Saw other reviews about the middle-aged female worker and had the same experience, she was so rude as if I was begging to get their stuff for free. She got my order wrong and acted annoyed like it was my fault. The other time I kindly repeated my order just to make sure and she rolled her eyes at me. I really like machi, but when I saw that she works here I would be worried if she’s going to spit on my drink or something.

I had machi machi in other countries in Asia before, not sure why the Swedish branch is so bad and careless at training their staff, really ruined the reputation...

Today was a tough day for me. I went through something terrible and was in a bad mood. When I came to machi machi, the girl with blonde hair welcomed me with a big, warm smile. She is always smiling like this, I have come to machi machi so many times, and she always gives me a big smile. As soon as she saw me, she said the colour of my sweater, canvas bag and earrings are all purple, so they are harmonious.
