I recently visited with a group of four, hoping for a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit left much to be desired. Here is a breakdown of our disappointing experience:

Firstly, they brought the wrong order to our table. To our surprise, the staff insisted twice that I had made a mistake with my order, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration. However, after some time, they eventually realized that it was indeed their mistake. This lack of attention to detail and the initial denial of their error was quite disheartening.

Furthermore, the timing of our food delivery was completely off. Despite being a group of four, our food arrived in staggered intervals of 10 - 15 minutes. This disjointed approach disrupted our dining experience and made it difficult for all of us to enjoy our meals together. It was disappointing to see such a lack of coordination and efficiency in their service.

To make matters worse, the restaurant forgot one of our orders entirely. Their lack of attention to detail and forgetfulness were apparent as we had to repeatedly inquire about the missing order. The staff's response was not apologetic, and we had to persistently remind them until they finally brought it. This lack of ownership and customer service was quite...

Unfortunately me and boyfriend had the worst experience here. We ordered 2 soups one being their beef stew. As my boyfriend is allergic to carrots we asked for the beef stew soup to be without carrots which was fine with the kitchen. When we sat down we had just one soup served and after waiting 7 min the beef stew soup came. But it had carrots in it. My boyfriend went to ask about if he could get it without carrots but then the woman behind the counter asked with an angry voice if we just wanted our money back. This attitude made us feel very uncomfortable and so we agreed to just get our money back. But then it turned out she only would give us back the money for the food. So in the end we ended up paying for our drinks even though the woman took everything away before we even left and she was so angry and mean towards us. I got to taste the soup and it was good but the way we were treated was like something I've never experienced before and to be honest I'm very confused about why she got so hostile. So my total review is; 'don't go there. You'll just end up paying money for nothing and letting somebody...

Expensive, but I had the craving and was not disappointed.

(Edit:) Felt forced to deduct a star after another visit today, unfortunately. The Banh Mi is still great, but I was served a rather watery Ca Phe Sua Da, that I'm sure had been standing around since well before I ordered it. Perhaps just a minor inconsistency on behalf of the young Swedish waitress, but at central Stockholm prices, I expect to cry a tear of nostalgia over missing Saigon, after every single bite or gulp.

Perhaps it would help if they employed Vietnamese i the front of the house as well, rather than only in the back. As a guest I go just as much for the vibe and Tieng Viet, as for the food and drinks. So I can't rate this place as high as others in Stockholm that meet all these criteria.

Hopefully, I'll feel comfortable to adjust back up to five stars after...

5-star for the baguette and sesame ball, 3-star for the Bun Bo Hue noodle soup and chicken Bao. I have been eating their baguette for years and it never failed me. The homemade mayo was creamy and the pickled veggies were refreshing. The baguette itself was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it was not dry at all. Together with the Vietnamese styled sausage and marinated meat, it was such a delight. The sesame ball is a perfect dessert, crispy surface, chewy sticky rice middle layer and sweet coconut fillings. The Bun Bo Hue noodle soup was average, the noodle were too soft and easy to break, also it was not as spicy and flavorful as the ones I had in Vietnam. The Bao was soggy, when cooking Bao the chef need to make sure not let the water vapor drop onto the Bao bun to soak it.

The staff is friendly and helpful, they really care about you as a customer. I haven't been to Vietnam and can't say if the food is authentic, but if you're not around Saigon or Vietnam, you can always come here. The food is very tasty and good. The flavours are balanced and at a very good level. Some portions are very large and it is very tasty and the flavours are balanced. The portions are very good, and some are on the larger side. There's not that many things on the menu, but that makes the things they serve you even better. The tables are a bit cramped up at some places, with the fact that this place has a lot of customers at some times you might feel that it's crowded. If you're having problems sitting close to others, you might want to look in a different direction.
